To assure the safety of the products, we are conducting bacteriological testing, physical testing, sensory testing etc besides outside third party institution.
2.Checking production situation of the factories
We visit periodically factories which are with our subcontracted companies for our private brand and with our suppliers. We conduct check of production process, manufacturing circumstances, hygiene control and quality control etc based upon our criteria then we give our advices or instructions if needed.
3.Confirmation of Product Specifications and Providing information
In order for customers to purchase our product with security, we provide information of product quality specifications which should meet with customers’ needs for them to produce their menu.
We also provide latest information of food safety to our customers.
Raw materials, additives, place of origin, allergen, gene recombination, packaging materials, nutrition information, positive list etc
4.Monitoring storage environment for products
In order to deliver the products with safety and security by safe storage and delivery, we check temperature control and cleanness of each storage center and trucks.
5.Information provision and education
We communicate with employees through our intranet to let them know about Food Safety Law and food safety information.
We also promote improvement of employees’ consciousness and knowledge of the products by conducting periodical education course to learn about food hygiene etc.
