We receive orders at our order receiving center from customers, then start picking the food ingredients at our distribution center through the night. To prevent miss-picking, we make a double check before the departure of our trucks which is ready to leave early morning of the next day.
We receive orders from our customers with the various systems which customers have such as EDI, EOS, Kuze WEB, FAXOCR, order sheet, corporate operation system etc.

Our logistics is taking the central role in our service which Kuse is providing to customers. The service which Kuze is providing is the advanced logistics information system which is formed by adding information technology to our logistics system. Further more, we are devoted to improve or reform our logistics system to be the most optimized one for our customers day by day.
Currently, we have our distribution centers mainly in the metropolitan area but we are also expanding the distribution centers all over the country. Those distribution centers can be differentiated with the functions which are for chain restaurants and for individual restaurants. We are putting our effort to develop the function of the system which is the most optimized and efficient one.
