| January, 1999 | Opened Toda Distribution Center as Metropolotan DC to assure the quality, to integrate storage facilities and to improve delivery efficiency. |
| September, 2001 | Kuze became a public-listed company at JASDAQ. |
| September, 2001 | Started self inspection and established “Quality Test Office” to improve the quality control function. |
| December, 2001 | Opened Yokohama Distribution Center in Yokohama city, Kanagawa Pref. to strengthen the logistics in Kanto area. |
| April, 2006 | Opened Kawasaki Distribution Center in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa Pref. to strengthen the logistics services with more efficient operation in South Tokyo and Kanagawa area. |
| June, 2009 | Opened Urawa DC in Saitama City, Saitama Pref. to strengthen and streamline the logistics operation in Saitama, Tama area. |
| July, 2009 | Established Kuze Fresh One Co., Ltd. To strengthen Kuze’s fresh products line and to aim to procure and sell Fresh Vegitable. |
| April, 2011 | To strengthen the function in the Chukyo area, moved Nagoya sales office in Moriyama-Ku, Nagoya to Minato-Ku, Nagoya. |
| May, 2011 | Established Kisco Foods International Limited in Christchurch, New Zealand to reinforce the manufacturing of sauce products. |
| September, 2011 | Established Kuze (Hong Kong) Co., Limited as a holding company for companies of Kuze Group overseas. |
| February, 2012 | Opened Ebina Sales Office in Ebina city, Kanagawa Pref. to strengthen sales force in Kanagawa area. |

| April, 2014 | To strengthen Sales of Fresh Foods, acquired entire share of Asahi Suisan Co.,Ltd. that is a broker in Tsukiji Fish Market. |
